Under clear blue skies, St Barbara V slipped her lines and eased out from Gosport on the 22nd March for a 26-week adventure that will carry her deep into the Mediterranean and back again. A trip that involves 10 legs and an opportunity for up to 90 gunners to experience some high-quality offshore sailing.

This opening leg, under the steady and experienced hand of skipper Tim Crump, sets the tone for what lies ahead: challenge, teamwork, and discovery. Over the coming six months, she will visit ports including Porto, Alicante, Sardinia, Sicily and beyond—but for now, St Barbara V is simply underway, her voyage begun in glorious sunshine.
