Many thanks to over 114 members who took the time to complete our first annual membership survey. Voting is now closed. The committee are now reviewing the full results and feedback and will be shared at our AGM meeting on the 13th March.

Early results are really encouraging with membership satisfaction levels above 90% together with positive feedback around “club spirit”, “opportunities to sail” and “support for young soldiers developing skills and confidence”.

The survey was launched in November and ran for three weeks using Survey Monkey. The plan is that we will run the survey every year to track membership sentiment and to explore specific issues, projects or activities that we should prioritise as a Club. Alongside this, we will run focus groups to engage our more junior members and those representing the future of our Club. Together, this feedback will inform a clear strategy for the years ahead.
